If you would like to delete your account, please follow these steps:
Account delete from Android Application
- Sign in to ITAMOTO’s app using your username/email and password
- Click “Profile“
- Go to “settings” on top right corner
- Scroll down to bottom
- You will see “Account Management”
- Final step – Click “Delete Account“
- You need to fill up “Reason for deletion” & additional feedback which is optional
Your account deletion request will be received by our system and our team may contact your for confirmation and proper feedback to know your specific reason of deletion request.
Once confirmation and feedback process is done, your account will transfer to deletion team and it will take 2-24hrs working time for completely deletion of your stored data with us.
